Foundation for PPWSZ in Nowy Targ was founded on 16 May 2011 by Zespół Elektrowni Wodnych Niedzica S.A, Geotermia Podhalańska S.A., Przedsiębiorstwo Kamieniarskie “Wolski”, Bukowiańskie Towarzystwo Geotermalne Sp. Z o.o., Grupa Autoremo, Ośrodek Narciarski Kotelnica Białaczańska Sp. Z o.o. and Tatrzański Bank Spółdzielczy In Bukowina Tatrzańska.

Foundation Council:

Eugeniusz Zajączkowski – Chairman of the Foundation Council

Barbara Okularczyk – Deputy Chairman of the Foundation Council

Kazimierz Wójcik – Secretary of the Foundation Council

Andrzej Skupień – Member of the Council

Edward Kuchta – Member of the Council

Foundation Board:

• prof. dr hab Stanisław Hodorowicz -President of the Board
• mgr Bianka Godlewska-Dzioboń -  Deputy President of the Board
• mgr Bogusława Stępień - Member of the Board

Aims of the Foundation:

• support of the didactic,  academic and research activities of the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ
• development of the didactic base, academic and research  base  and sport and recreation base of the PPWSZ
• support of  the academic development of students and teachers of the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ
• support of any initiatives undertaken to enhance the standards of the didactic and research processes in the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ
• support of sport, cultural, touristic and religious activity of the students of the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ
• material support of the students of the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ
• support of any initiatives undertaken by the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ (independently or in co-operation with other institutions according to appropriate agreements) in order to preserve the cultural heritage and development of the Podhale, Spisz, Orawa, Pieniny, and Gorce, Limanowa and Sucha Beskidzka regions.
• promotion of the PPWSZ in Nowy Targ.
